Ruby Tuesday’s gluten free menu could certainly use some help where the sauces are concerned, but you certainly won’t be without a few delicious options. You’re, basically, going to have to stay away from all sauces, which is a bummer, because we all know that’s what makes the meal
BBQ, Cream sauces, parmesan sauces, etc. are all prohibited orders if you have gluten sensitivity, Celiac Disease, food allergies, gluten intolerance or NCGS. However, request to sub for a salad dressing, mango salsa, or cheese and creatively make your dish the envy of the table.
As always, make your server aware of this issue to ensure there is no cross-contamination of gluten substances.
Some of the favorite gluten free menu items are the Create Your Own Salad Bar, steaks and fish.
While there may not be a ton of options, you can certainly convene with friends and still dine with them with these suggested menu options.
