Discover The Jack in the Box Secret Menu Items & Prices

Last Update: September 15, 2016

The Jack in the Box secret menu brings me back to my college days, where a bunch of us would get together, and we’d all go out dancing. After a night of listening to the band, and pretending to be groupies, we had worked up an appetite.

Now comes the dilemma. Where should we go to refuel this late in the night following our all-nighter? The answer is, “Jack in the Crack” as the kids called it back in those days, only if you were in the know, and – oh – we knew. Jack in the Box has a respectfully-sized secret menu that you should definitely check out.

While it’s respectful in size, it’s not so much in creativity. But I have to preface this by saying their menu is pretty extensive to begin with, so if you already have a good thing going, there’s not a lot to do to improve on perfection.

Where else can you go for tacos and burgers, complete with sourdough bread, all in one location?

Full list of Jack in the Box Secret Menu

Additional Cheese slices

  • Price: $0.40/cheese slice
  • Where is it Available?: All locations
  • How do I order?: Specify number of extra cheese slices

Okay, we’re really reaching here, but just in case you weren’t in the know, you can order extra cheese. Okay? Okay.

Additional Hamburger Patty

  • Price: $1.00 per patty
  • Where is it Available?: All locations
  • How do I order?: Specify the number of hamburger patties you want on your sandwich

And also “just in cases” as stated in “Love Actually,” if you didn’t know you could order extra meat, well now you are wiser, sage one.

Order all the meat your little heart desires, you carnivore.

Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger

  • Price: Varies by location
  • Where is it Available?: Limited availability
  • How do I order?: Ask for bacon bits to be added to your bacon cheeseburger.

This seems like an interesting order, but to each his own. Right?

Ever want to add bacon bits to your already bacony bacon cheeseburger? Well this is your chance.

Sometimes it’s just never enough bacon. I hear ya. And so does the Beggin’Ⓡ Strips commercial Dog. “Iiiiiiiiiit’s Bacon?” Ah memories.

But I digress. I think you get it. It’s bacon for days.

Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger

  • Price: Varies by location
  • Where is it Available?: Limited availability
  • How do I order?: Ask to swap your bun for ciabatta bread

I have to admit. I love eating burgers on toasted Ciabatta bread.

It feels so adult, especially with roasted garlic and rosemary, but don’t get carried away, people. It is fast food, after all.

If you like a little toughness to your dinner roll, then this is the order for you.

Loaded Grilled Breakfast Sandwich

  • Price: Varies by location
  • Where is it Available?: All locations
  • How do I order?: Add turkey and/or sausage to the grilled breakfast sandwich.

Man, this is the everything breakfast. The Loaded Grilled Breakfast sandwich comes with two fried eggs, two slices of ham, two strips of bacon and two slices of cheese. Plus (++++++) turkey and/or sausage.

This sure is one way to fuel your day. Yowzers!

Mint OreoⓇ Cookie Shake

  • Price: Same as the Oreo cookie shake
  • Where is it Available?: Limited locations
  • How do I order?: Order the Oreo cookie shake, but ask for mint ice cream instead of plain old vanilla ice cream

Mint chocolate chip is my all-time favorite ice cream, and is nostalgic to my childhood. So, imagine my delight when I discovered (dun du dun nuh….) the Mint OreoⓇ Cookie Shake.

It’s creamy, minty, fresh and filled with sweet goodness, loaded with bits of chocolate cookie throughout. I. Just. Can’t.

Sourdough bread

  • Price: $0.29 extra
  • Where is it Available?: All locations
  • How do I order?: Ask for the bread substitution

Okay, so I know I’m a foodie and make a big deal about “lots,” but can I just tell you how amazingly good this buttered sourdough bread is? Okay, yes I can.

It’s amazeballs. Can I say that on a food review? I just did. Boom! I’m as bold as the bread is.

Enjoy Jack in the Box’s secret menu

I hope you enjoyed the gossip, because I certainly did. While there weren’t a ton of secrets, today it’s quality over quantity. And sometimes, that’s what really matters.
